Here is a superb opportunity to purchase a beautiful flute/piccolo set comprising of a solid silver Gemeinhardt M2S closed-hole flute and the very popular Gemeinhardt Model C composite intermediate piccolo. Gemeinhardt are a long standing flute company based in Elkart, Indiana, with a history that dates back to 1928 and they have been producing quality instruments ever since.
The Gemeinhardt M2s solid silver flute is a superb older intermediate model. With a solid silver head, body foot and silver plated mechanism, it has a lovely rich sound, perfect for an advancing student moving up from their starter grades and wanting a flute with more tonal colour. It has been completely overhauled with new pads and corks and adjusted ready to go. With closed holes, split E and a C-foot, it is therefore an easy transition from a basic beginner model. Condition is superb and there are no dents.
The Gemeinhardt model C piccolo is made from a hard plastic composite with graining, offering a warm and rich tone, perfect for those students wanting to start out or advance their piccolo playing. Also featuring silver-plated keys.
