A superb solid silver flute made by Altus, specifically the Azumi AZ-3000E, is for sale. For nearly 30 years, Altus has crafted flutes that blend vintage inspiration with modern technology. Master Flute Maker Shuichi Tanaka designs each Altus flute, combining premium materials with exceptional artistry.
In addition, Mr. Tanaka designs Azumi flutes to target students, featuring the hand-cut Altus headjoint and an Azumi-made body. As a result, serious students and aspiring artists will find these flutes ideal.
The Azumi AZ3000RE, a previous model to the AZ3, offers a higher grade of specification. It uses high-purity silver (.958) tubing and has a light and fluid mechanism. The headjoint, also made from .958 silver with a .925 lip, features the very popular Z cut with a rectangular, wider cut. This design produces a rich, powerful sound, ensures crisp playability in the top registers, and offers a wealth of tonal color in the lower register.
This flute is in excellent used condition with no dents and only very light signs of use. It has recently undergone adjustment and cleaning, making it ready to play.
