Innovative Pearl Design
Over time, Pearl has built a stellar reputation through its innovative flute designs. Specifically, every Pearl flute features the brand’s patented Pinless construction, which effectively resolves common issues in traditional flute designs. For example, traditional models often snag clothing with protruding pins and allow moisture or body acids to cause corrosion. However, Pearl’s Pinless system eliminates these problems entirely. In addition, Pearl strengthens its flutes by incorporating extra bridge mechanisms, which further enhance their structural integrity.
The Pearl PF-675E flute model combines a solid silver headjoint with a silver-plated body and keys. Notably, the solid silver headjoint delivers a warm, rich tone by leveraging the density of the material. It also features French pointed key arms, usually found on much more advanced models. This is a perfect flute for any student to take them through Grade 8 studies and into degree level playing.
This particular flute is offered in very good condition with some very light marks/dots on the plating and excellent pads. It has been regularly serviced and plays well. It comes with the hard case and soft carry case (both in excellent condition), wooden cleaning rod, Pearl owner’s booklet and polishing cloth
The current Pearl Quantz model retails at £1,300 with the Forza or Brezza headjoint. This second-hand Pearl flute therefore represents superb value for money.
