Watanabe, a former craftsman for Suichi Tanaka, the company has built a strong reputation for high-quality flutes.
These flutes stand out for their beautifully rich and mellow tonal colors, excelling particularly in crossover work and jazz. For instance, this MO-02 model features a hand-cut headjoint, a silver-plated body with closed holes, pointed key arms, an offset G, and a C foot. As a result, it delivers a superb, responsive, and warm sound. Moreover, finding these models on the used market proves extremely challenging due to their rarity.
